Blogger has reached its eleventh anniversary and launches a new feature, one of the most requested: A manager comments. The system did not go through Blogger in Draft, and is being built directly to Blogger, but gradually.
It said on Blogger Buzz, the panel added a new tab "Comments" to turn its three sections:
* Waiting for review.
* Spam.
On each tab you can classify comments as spam or not spam, delete or remove the content and let comment registration.

Apparently, the comment spam filtering system is still in evidence, and have even placed a button to report any problems with it.
Certainly an option that is needed is to "Edit"which is not included in these first catch and completed the tools to manage comments.
Except for details, great news for Blogger users, so far, little could be done with the comments posted on his blog.
